GymCompany Micro Disc Ultimate Set GymCompany Micro Plates are sold in pairs. We recommend 2 pairs of 0.5kg and 1 pair of 0.25kg which will allow increments of 0.5kg to be added to the bar up to the usual 1.25kg plates found in most gyms.
